MINDFUL PROGRAMS

INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

Discover how brief moments of mindfulness can foster greater calm, clarity, and wellbeing—whether you’re brand-new to this journey or looking to deepen your practice. Introducing Mindfulness is a 3-week program that offers a meaningful introduction to mindfulness practice and theory, exploring key mindfulness themes and practical techniques that can support you in everyday life and work.

MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION

Participants learn to relate differently to stress, develop self-awareness and cultivate kind attention and equanimity; through the practice of mindfulness. It was originally designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, University of Massachusetts Medical Center, empirically supported to reduce stress and pain in participants (originally done with patients with chronic illnesses).  Today, it is offered to people in all sectors as many people have benefited from this practice.
